Also, we’re getting involved in turnarounds and underperforming companies that need a nudge in the right direction and really performing those different practices within their organization so they can become profitable and not be in a turnaround stage.

With 25 years of experience running four businesses, being in the trenches, operating those businesses, and experiencing four different acquisitions relating to those businesses, I know what drives growth and I know what kills growth. Also, we’re getting involved in turnarounds and underperforming companies that need a nudge in the right direction and really performing those different practices within their organization so they can become profitable and not be in a turnaround stage. Mergers and acquisitions are a very critical point to. growing in the right direction and really being careful of the culture through that whole merger and acquisition process.
We also help organizations that are in the exit planning stage or in succession planning to really make sure that they have a solid plan that is proven out over time and that your EBITDA, your margins are all consistent over a three, five year period. So when you do go to sell your business, you’re able to get the maximum amount for your business. So it’s all about building enterprise value of your organization. And what does it cost for your organization to not go through these processes when you’re sloppy? It costs an awful lot.
